Updated: 2/26/26 OPEN ITEMS: 5th Retention Basin Rehab (Rummel Mill & Stratton Mill Street) City has confirmed the access easement for this basin for the Board. The Board will work with VLP in late March to give us a quote to redo the entire area so that it is manageable and maintainable. If the budget allows, we will look into moving forward. The Board (Jennifer Weaver, Rockell Churby Llanos, & Jamie Natole) & management representative (Jim Votruba ) met on November 20, 2025 at North Ridgeville Library at 5:00 PM. They discussed 2026 vendor contracts and approved the operating budget for 2026. The Board decided not to increase HOA fees for the 2026 year in hopes that homeowners that are delinquent from prior years can get caught up and paid through 2026 so that we may have more funds to operate on in 2026.
