5th Retention Basin Rehab (Rummel Mill & Stratton Mill Street) Working with the city to see if they can assist with vegetation removal and clean out of the creek that runs in front of the basin and along the east side. Getting quotes to unwild this area and maintain it going forward. Need to confirm with the City where the access easement for landscaping crew.

Landscaping and Common Area Maintenance Working with VLP, our landscaping contractor, they have done considerable work maintaining our common areas in the state they were left in by the developer and also regards to our budget. Will continue to work with landscaping contractors to ensure areas are maintained properly while keeping in mind our financial well-being as an association. 

Vacant Lot on Rummel Mill This lot is still owned by the developer. There is an oil storage tank buried on the property that needs to be removed and the area needs remediated before the land can be developed on.
