Updated: 8/3/26 5th Retention Basin Rehab (Rummel Mill & Stratton Mill Street) Completed 28 July 2026.

Vacant Lot on Rummel Mill The Board received an update regarding the abandoned well located on the vacant lot on Rummel Mill. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources confirmed the property remains on its list for future well capping. ODNR hopes to send this job out to bit in the next 60-90 days, and the winning contractor has 1 year to complete the work. Updates will be provided when we have any. The board will continue to report the lot to the city so the owner can be responsible for maintaining the lot.

Legal Options for Delinquent Homeowners 1 delinquent homeowner remains, working with them to get caught up. Landscaping Clean Up of Waterways Maintenance of ditches and waterways are HOA responsibility unless the waterway becomes completely blocked. If the flow of water is completely restricted, the city will assist. Board is discussing what we can do to clean up some of the ditches in our neighborhood with the landscaping company in-regards-to our current budget. Did a property walk with VLP and are awaiting a quote to maintain the area. We have to make some choices in regards to erosion management so that certain lots don't lose more of their yard to erosion.

Above Ground Pool Amendments Have new amendments made for above ground pools and shed roofing. These will go out after 1 September. 2025 Homeowner Survey
