MillRidge has a one-time annual fee of $450 per year.

Annual dues are due on January 1st of each year, unless otherwise notified in writing by the Board or Management company.

The HOA fee covers the business and fiscal operations of MillRidge HOA. This includes: landscaping and upkeep for common areas, pond/retention basin maintenance upkeep, common area utilities, insurance, management fees, legal fees, and other operational and maintenance fees required to do business as an HOA.
